There shall be short-courses conducted through during the mentorship period targeting employed individuals and additional candidates whenever possible. These courses are certified and carry credits towards further training. Accordingly, the courses are structured such that 30% is theoretical and 70% is practical work

Exacube Training Institute in collaboration with the strategic partners shall continuously explore possible financing options including applying to AgriSETA, DAFF, provincial depts. Municipalities and other potential funders.

The general practice is that the costs of the course exclude the venue, transport to the venue, accommodation and meals. Minimum entry is ABET certificate or Grade 9. The courses are normally offered in English or a local language
